Gujarat University Sports Selection Trials Notice

Dear Students,

The Gujarat University Local Sports Committee invites interested students to participate in the urgent selection trials for the Gujarat University team in selected sports. Eligible candidates must complete the online registration via the attached Google Form by 10:00 pm tonight. You are required to fill out the attached Google Form by the end of the day and report tomorrow morning at 9:00 AM sharp in Room No. 208 for the selection process.

Please ensure you bring all the necessary documents, including your

1. School Leaving Certificate (Sem 1 students exempted),
2. HSC Marksheet (Sem 1 students exempted),
3. Latest college fees receipt, and
4. All previous university marksheets.

Important Guidelines:

1. As per Gujarat University Sports Committee guidelines, Students with prior experience at the district, state or national level awarded with the certificates will be only eligible for selection.
2. Our institute can nominate a maximum of 2 male and 2 female candidates per sport category.
3. Students need to remain present with hard copies of all the documents (Original + 1 photocopy).
4. All original documents submitted for verification will be returned to the students by tomorrow itself after the selection process.

Kindly note that only nominations for the sports listed in the Google Form will be accepted at this time. A separate schedule will be announced later for other sports not included in the current selection. Late submissions or incomplete documentation will not be considered, so please adhere to the deadline and requirements strictly.
