Dr. Bhavesh H. Bharad is an esteemed academician, legal expert, and community leader, currently serving as an Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of IPR at the University School of Law, Gujarat University. He is also the Coordinator of the Centre of Excellence (5 Year Integrated B.Com LL.B Course) and a former Senate Member of Gujarat University (2021–2026). With over 19 years of teaching experience, he holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Law and multiple academic degrees. His contributions include 30 plus research papers, 5 edited books, and advisory roles in various legal and academic bodies. Additionally, he has practiced as an Advocate for nearly two decades and actively engages in community and scientific awareness initiatives.
