The Mentor–Mentee System is a structured guidance and support mechanism designed to promote students’ academic growth, professional development, personal well-being, and career readiness through continuous interaction between faculty mentors and students (mentees).

Monitor student progress and performance

Roles & Responsibilities
Mentor
Guide students in academics and career planning
Monitor attendance, performance, and behavior
Conduct regular mentoring meetings
Motivate students for research, innovation, and extracurricular activities
Provide emotional and professional support
Maintain mentoring records and reports
Coordinate with parents/guardians when necessary
Mentee
Attend mentoring sessions regularly
Discuss academic and personal concerns openly
Follow mentor guidance and action plans
Maintain discipline and professional ethics
Participate actively in developmental activities
