“उत्सव – The Celebration Saga 2.0”

The Centre of Excellence, School of Law, Gujarat University successfully organized its much-awaited five-day cultural fest “उत्सव – The Celebration Saga 2.0” from 23rd February to 27th February 2026. The event brought together students, faculty members, and guests to celebrate creativity, culture, talent, and unity through a series of engaging activities and competitions.

Day 1 – Safar: Cineverse (23 February 2026)

The celebration began with Safar: Cineverse, a Bollywood-themed event where students showcased their creativity by portraying iconic Bollywood characters. Participants came dressed as famous film personalities, recreating memorable styles and expressions.

Winners:

• Best Bollywood Character (Male): Aum Modi
• Best Bollywood Character (Female): Shital Bodana

The day set an energetic tone for the entire fest, with enthusiastic participation and vibrant performances.

Day 2 – Bharatiya Sanskriti & Talent Show (24 February 2026)

The second day celebrated the richness of Indian culture and artistic talent. Students presented traditional attire and cultural performances reflecting India’s diverse heritage.

• 1st Runner-up: Piyush Gupta
• 2nd Runner-up: Aarya Shukla

The day beautifully highlighted tradition, creativity, and artistic excellence.

Day 3 – Courtroom Persona & Ad-Mad Competition (25 February 2026)

Day three combined legal intellect with creativity through the Courtroom Persona and Ad-Mad Competition. Students demonstrated advocacy skills by presenting themselves as confident courtroom personalities and also displayed marketing creativity through humorous and impactful advertisements.

Courtroom Persona Awards:

• Male: Suryabhan Giri
• Female: Esha Sharma

Ad-Mad Competition:

• Winner: Dipllol AC Team – Aum, Esha, Elroy, Bhakti, Dipesh
• 1st Runner-up: SN Fan Team – Nirav and Suryabhan

The event highlighted the students’ confidence, persuasive abilities, and creative thinking.

Day 4 – Food Festival & Group Day (26 February 2026)

The fourth day was dedicated to culinary creativity and group participation. Students organized various food stalls offering delicious dishes while representing their groups with enthusiasm.

• 1st Runner-up: UCS Stall No. 7 – Yesha, Urvi, Kashish, Priyanka, Dipakshi, Divya

The campus was filled with lively energy, delicious aromas, and joyful interactions.

Day 5 – Fusion Day & Traditional Games (27 February 2026)

The final day concluded the fest with Fusion Day and Traditional Games, blending modern celebration with nostalgic games.
