LEX प्रारंभ 1.0 – Shaping Excellence from Classroom to Courtroom

From 7th to 9th July 2025, the Centre of Excellence, School of Law, Gujarat University hosted its 3-day Orientation Programme LEX प्रारंभ 1.0, marking the beginning of the academic journey for the 2025–2030 batch of the 5-Year Integrated B.Com. LL.B. (Hons.) course. Held at Maharshi Vedvyas Shikshan Sankul, the inaugural day featured an inspiring Inauguration Ceremony with addresses by Prof. (Dr.) Avinash Dadhich and Shri Ajay Umat, who shared valuable insights into the evolving legal landscape and the importance of ethics, articulation, and continuous learning. Dr. Aarti Vyas Bhatt introduced the programme’s theme, while Dr. Bhavesh Bharad delivered the vote of thanks. The day included enriching academic sessions: Hon’ble Justice R. R. Tripathi emphasized constitutional values and justice; Mr. Vision Raval familiarized students with the Kiosk academic portal; and a campus orientation by Dr. Bhavesh Bharad and Dr. Aarti Vyas Bhatt outlined student responsibilities and campus life.
